Breaking the curses on dragon veins
The notion of Vietnam's dragon veins (long mạch) being suppressed by mystical curses is no longer unfamiliar to the general public. For centuries, stories have been passed down about the nation's spiritual energy being sealed or bound. While many of these tales have faded into unverified folklore, recent incidents—such as the mystical suppression of the Tô Lịch River in Hanoi and the so-called "Bermuda Triangle" associated with the Thuận Kiều Plaza towers in Saigon—have stirred up considerable attention in Nation media. Accounts of hauntings, vengeful spirits, and debt claims tied to these mystical constructs are no longer just the subject of spiritual debate, as people from all walks of life have reported personal experiences.
Mystics from various spiritual traditions continue to preach that the nation's dragon veins are suppressed, causing the country's fortunes to decline. Natural disasters, calamities, epidemics, human conflicts, and civil unrest have grown increasingly severe, posing significant challenges to the lives of citizens. In response to this spiritual crisis, Mật Phước Temple was established under the directive of the Buddhas of the ten directions, tasked with safeguarding the Sacred Dragon Sword. The temple awaits the True Dragon Emperor, who is prophesied to retrieve the sword and return it to the nation, breaking the curse and restoring the flow of the dragon veins.
