On November 4, 1985, at the behest of the religious scholar Duc Quy (Old Guru), disciple Chung Minh Duc prayed and received the Heaven’s plan for the world. He diligently recorded these revelations and presented them to the Old Guru.

That year, mystic practitioner Duc Quy and his first-generation disciples traveled to Virginia to preach the Dharma. At Mr. Hoang’s house, Old Guru placed the Heaven’s plan note on the altar and instructed Ms. Quan, who had initiated 5,000 people in Virginia, to pray and seek guidance from “The Above” regarding whether the note should be published in Old_Guru Secret Teaching’s periodicals. Quan, guided by a holy force, paid homage and moved to pick up the note, which she then presented to Old Guru. After careful consideration, Old Guru allowed part of the note to be published in the Matgiao Friendship Association periodicals.
Here it is:
“Today, as ordained by Heaven’s court and in alignment with Heaven’s will, the Heaven’s Plan is to be disseminated so that all who have faith in the Divine may gain partial enlightenment regarding the destiny of humanity in these end times. Let the following categories about this Fate be inscribed now: What is perceived as right is wrong, and what is perceived as wrong is actually right. To all of you, religious practitioners and true Teachers, listen attentively and contemplate deeply to attain a clearer understanding.

Global: All countries across the continents are currently embroiled in conflicts, steadily approaching a political and economic impasse. European nations are on the brink of depleting their economic resources, with apparent prosperity giving rise to heightened political discord and prolonged deadlocks.
An unprincipled solution is expected to be implemented to address the crisis. The deep-seated tensions within European countries are unlikely to be resolved through conventional political or economic measures. Many anticipate that only a complete collapse, brought about by warfare, will reset the competitive landscape, as some believe that starting from scratch is the only path to fairness among nations.
The foolishness of European countries will lead them to destruction that goes beyond their plan, and all Europe to fall into ruins for centuries and in turn become the poorest countries in the world.

America: The karmic repercussions will manifest in the Southern countries, with some surviving nations adopting a peace-loving ethos and governing America with morality, extending aid to the once-mighty Eagle nation, now reduced to desolation. Within 200 years, America’s population will dwindle to no more than 5,000, leading a nomadic existence devoid of basic necessities, hindered by diseases that curb development and reproduction.

The bad lands in both Northern and Southern America will remain uncultivable during this period. Northern America will be similarly afflicted, with 80% of its landmass succumbing to ice, leaving behind scarred landscapes ravaged by war. Only scattered communities, totaling no more than 3,000 individuals, will eke out a meager existence, dependent on aid from surviving nations.

Africa: While not as severely impacted, Africa will remain largely primitive and underdeveloped, grappling with disease and gradual decline for approximately 50 years. After this period, assistance from other surviving nations will provide some relief. However, even post-war, Africa will continue to face challenges, remaining uncivilized and mired in poverty.

Australia: Australia will face the impact of powerful nations recognized as superpowers, leading to a civil war within five years. Governed by a combative system, Australia will be on a path toward destruction and will eventually be colonized and dominated by an Asian country.
Asia: Half of northern Asia will become covered in ice as a result of the devastating war, leading to the extermination of its population and glaciers extending up to 300 miles southward. The Dragon of Asia will thrive amidst this chaos, indulging in a diverse array of delicious grains and fruits within a 500-mile radius (east, west, south, north). Growing larger and stronger, it will live for up to 3,000 years, possessing the ability to see far across the land, high into space, and deep into the earth’s center. Despite its immense strength, it will wield peaceful, caring, and loving arms, using its powerful legs to destroy all that is stubborn, vile, and base. Soaring through the sky with unrestricted freedom, the Dragon of Asia seeks peace while maintaining its formidable power.
Economy:
The Eagle, representing a powerful entity or nation, is depicted as eagerly seeking to consume a large, seemingly attractive prey in Asia. However, unbeknownst to the Eagle, the meat is rotten on the inside, infested with worms that contribute to the Eagle’s distress. Despite its attempts to hide the main portion of the meat, it reluctantly allows others to take bites from the exposed part. Meanwhile, people from various regions, including Europe, Asia, and America, are interested in sharing the meat, while the Asia-Europe people and the Bear leader aim to devour both the Eagle and the meat.

The Bear, symbolizing another significant entity, expresses concerns about shortages of honey and the challenges posed by frost and frozen lands, which make foraging and fishing difficult. Despite these worries, the Bear is determined to consume the flesh of the Eagle and the fatty meat it conceals. However, the Eagle is cunning and secretly desires to retain extra meat for itself, showcasing its power among its peers. This allegorical depiction illustrates complex geopolitical dynamics and power struggles among nations and regions.

Commentaries:
Such oracle about the future of the world is not more different from the prophecies of Trang Trinh which stated “Seven people out of ten will die leaving 3 alive, then out of the three, 2 will die leaving one alive then peace will come”. Since 1983, Old Guru has been largely propagating the secret dharma and seal of the Heaven’s court to all social classes in the US and overseas, and especially in Vietnam where there are more and more people receiving the Old_Guru Secret Teaching’s seal and are worshiping the Supreme Being and Divinities as well as leading a spiritual and moral life. Consequently, Celestial divinities have partly reduced the number of natural disasters for Vietnam (see post: Heaven’s plan by Scholar Duc Quy in which he stated there is a hope just 3 out of ten people will die instead of seven). However, we still have to wait for prophecies and oracles to come true in order to verify its accuracy because Heaven’s plan is always a mystery (see post: Heaven’s plan cannot be disclosed). But anyway, even with the second prophecy, 3 is still a significant number, and no one wants this to happen to humanity.

I encourage everyone to persistently focus on personal spiritual growth and to share the teachings of Old_Guru Secret Teaching with others, guiding them along the spiritual journey. By doing so, we aim to prevent the dire predictions of Trang Trinh’s prophecy, the Oracle from Chung Minh Duc, and that of Old Guru from coming to fruition. Let these prophecies serve as cautionary signs rather than inevitable destinies. May they be gentle reminders from a higher power, and may humanity receive no more than a minor correction from the divine.
